    initially even i had the difficulty of setup perforce for my project but after struggling and watching lots of tutorials and all i have figure it all out now it so easy to setup for my next project there are some still issue with undo changelist or revision but the seemless integration in unreal is what perforce is great at

      Good for you. In our studio, the IT department has spoiled me by keeping everything organized. While this helps me stay focused, the drawback is that my knowledge of the backend side is somewhat inadequate.

    For my the most important Sequencer Hotkeys is V. It expanding and collapsing selected tracks. It would be nice if there was a Hotkey to reveal only tracks with keyframes [like U in After Effects]

    If you draw a big box with create topology, then you can use ctrl+shift to subdivide into a grid very fast. But just use the patch tool whenever you can. It's always better to get a symmetrical grid and edit or add to it or subdivide if necessary. So I have a question. I just started doing this. Had a dress, retopo the whole thing. Now I have my retopo, I convet it (duplicate). But all the sewing and connection are gone on the converted pieces, so when I exported and put it through to the destination (VAM), all the pieces were not connected. How do you get your retopo job onto the actual pattern pieces you made? Or can you only get those to change with the auto retopo options? In that case, how am I supposed to use it, or am I intended to bring it into blender and merge vertices? I know you can sort of merge vertices on export, but it is not a very good system and misses stuff and has a very small threshold you can work with. Idk. Any suggestions

    I tried to get the displacement to work but couldnt, it just made the entire mesh bounce strangely. However I did figure out a solution. I modeled a plane and then deformed it using displace to do with perline noise until it was to my liking, and turned nanite just in case, now the movement is move obvious and the mesh displacement i added gives it added appeal.

    When exporting from blender (super simple geometric meshes) Is there a need to “triangulate” my mesh within blender, via settings or something to ensure it gets converted properly? Is shade smooth necessary?

      @@sarkamari oh trust me I’ve watched it many times lol. And part two. I come from sound design so all this game engine software makes making music look so simple.🤣🤣. I’m having a problem. I don’t know if you’ve heard it or have any ideas , I’m successfully using blueprints and casting to send audio amplitude data via float and automate perimeters such as light intensity however, in my view report, it seems to be working and in the game works, but in render it does not seem to show up, the lights are moving or animated are the ones that do not show up. other lights, even if set to moveable do in fact show up

      Not sure what the error is! If you don’t see the volume in neither of the windows the emitter might not even emit particles at all Do you see a dense point cloud if you switch to the wireframe mode?

      Yes, Unreal Engine’s displacement mapping can work with image sequence textures. This is useful for creating detailed and dynamic surface deformations that change over time, such as animated terrain or procedural surfaces. Just make sure your mesh has enough tessellation or subdivisions to properly display the displacement effect.

    I am watching as reference to have liquid colliding inside a cube… I just don’t understand which way you created an emitter. Is it a volume one or is that a polygon mesh? Please be specific. Appreciate your time.

      I have created a polygonal mesh that acts as the source of liquid. Then in the Bifrost Graph connect the output of the mesh to the input if the liquid source node. You almost do the same thing for the Collider. Create a mesh bring it to the bifrost graph and connect output of the Collider node to the collider input of the simulation node. Hope that helps

    Hello, thank you for the professional training. Why is it that when we write code for the eyelid to follow the movement of the eye, the eyelid is locked on the eye and does not move separately? Thank you for the solution🙏

      Triple check the spelling on your bone names stated in the code. Also make sure you apply the expression to the right eye bone.
